Wireguard VPN Access

To add a new wireguard client, the current procedure is as follows:

1. Add a device in netbox. give it the tag "vpn_client" and add the wireguard public key.
2. Add an interface to this device. assign the tag "wireguard" to the interface.
3. Assign an IP-Address in the range 10.128.64.0/24 to the interface. Make sure there are no duplicates! (Check by clicking on the ip after creating it)
4. Deploy the vpn template in awx.
